BRAVER

Description:

The BRAVER is a bait jigging rod designed for the main targets of bluefin tuna yellowfin tuna and skipjack tuna. It gives a strong fall action to jigs over 300g in fast currents and at depths of over 100m and makes it easy to control the long fall (power slow) action that produces a high hit rate for Sano Tester.

All models are set to 6.5 feet or more which is the "jerk width" required to move the jig widely and the length required to control the tuna's turning from the side of the boat during a fight.

We thought that light weight and moderate power are strongly important for long-term operation of long-term fall of jigs over 300g in strong currents. BRAVER's action is designed with appropriate power to lift heavy jigs by "strong spring back" of the whole rod by bending flexibly when jerking up. For example BR69/6 is lightweight with a weight of 177g and BRAVER's purpose is to be able to continue to lure fish all day long by operating jigs with large rod work.

FEATURE

The BRAVER is a rod designed for "straight-line fights" that utilizes the power of the reel and the strength of the line so if you stand the rod up too much during a fight it may break. The power rating of the BRAVER is not meant to represent the size of the target but rather as a guide for the jig weight that can be operated. During development tests it was able to catch bluefin tuna up to 70 kg.
