Pricing & Payments

  • Are there any extra fees on top of the listed trip price? — No hidden or additional charges are applied beyond the displayed booking price. The amount shown during booking is the final confirmed trip price unless optional add-ons or equipment rentals are requested separately.
  • Can I pay cash on the boat? — We do not recommend cash exchange onboard. For safety, transparency, and booking confirmation purposes, we advise customers to use secure online payment methods or direct bank transfers before the trip.
  • Should I print a receipt for the captain? — A printed receipt is not necessary. A digital or soft copy on your phone is completely acceptable. However, valid identification documents are mandatory before boarding.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to remain fair for both customers and charter operators.

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking? — Refunds are available only in cases where the trip is cancelled by our side or by the charter operator due to operational issues, weather conditions, or restrictions beyond customer control.
  • What happens in bad weather conditions? — If severe weather or government restrictions prevent the trip from operating, customers may choose between rescheduling the trip or receiving a refund, depending on availability and preference.
  • What if I do not show up for the trip? — In case of no-show or cancellation from the angler side, refunds are not available. However, we may offer a 20% discount voucher applicable to a future booking.

Fishing Experience & Equipment

  • Do you guarantee that we will catch fish? — While our captains always put in maximum effort and use their local experience to help guests catch fish, fishing depends on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Do you provide assistance during the trip? — Yes. Every boat includes experienced captains and assistants who are available to guide guests, assist beginners, and teach basic fishing techniques when needed.
  • Do you provide fishing tackles? — Basic fishing equipment for traditional hand-line and bottom fishing is included free of charge. Advanced setups such as jigging, casting, or trolling equipment can be rented for AED 100 per setup.
  • Do you provide bait? — Dead bait is not provided. Our crew may attempt to catch live bait before or during the trip. Guests are also welcome to bring their own bait, or we can arrange bait purchase at additional cost.

Required Documents & Trip Preparation

To ensure smooth boarding and compliance with UAE marine regulations, all guests are required to carry valid identification documents before departure.

  • For UAE residents — Emirates ID is mandatory for all UAE nationals and residents joining the trip.
  • For non-residents and tourists — Passport copies and valid UAE visit visa copies are required before boarding.
  • What should I bring? — We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, water-resistant footwear, personal medications, and any preferred fishing accessories for a more enjoyable experience.
